All Forgeclips products are digital items delivered directly to your email or account after purchase.
We always put our customers first, and our goal is to ensure you receive a high-quality digital product that works exactly as expected.
Digital Delivery
All Forgeclips products are created manually and delivered digitally.
You will receive your digital files within 48 hours after we receive your order.
If you have not received your files within this timeframe, please get in touch with us anytime at info@forgeclips.com - we will check immediately and resend if needed.
Digital Products - No Returns or Exchanges
Because digital items cannot be physically returned, all sales are final once the files have been delivered or accessed.
This includes:

By purchasing from Forgeclips, you agree to receive immediate (or 48h) access to digital content and acknowledge that this removes the right to return or cancel.

Accidental Purchases

EU 14-Day Digital Content Notice
Under EU law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital goods once delivery or download begins.
By purchasing a Forgeclips digital product:

you agree to the digital delivery within 48 hours, and

you consent to losing the right to withdraw or return once the files are delivered or accessed.
Refunds (Exceptional Cases Only)
Refunds are only possible in exceptional cases, such as:

duplicate purchases

accidental orders before digital delivery

or technical issues we cannot resolve
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 10 business days.
